Baldur’s Gate 3 fans are increasingly disappointed due to problems with the third act
When the Baldur’s Gate 3 release took place at the beginning of this month, she earned almost universal approval of her gameplay, characters and, obviously, an endless choice. Since then, many slowly passed the first two acts to discover everything that is hidden on the continent Feirun.
However, having reached the third act, many find that he. less polished, soft speaking than the first two.
In the Baldur’s Gate 3 community, a number of users expressed their discontent that the third act is buggy, lags, and in some cases it seems unfinished. For example, Rejian user noted that his diary had 11 tasks in the 3rd act, six of which was impossible to perform due to errors. User U/MERAMIPOPPER had a similar experience. Other users, such as Justchiller and IceyCoolrunnings, indicated serious performance problems.
Others, including CynicalSigtyr and Paradox-Paradise, pointed to a number of quests that seemed to them insignificant or even unfinished. This can be attributed to the fact that someone did not like the plot, but users, including NoobiestBoob, note that the game files still have a large number of carved content of the third act, especially in relation to Mintars and Karls.
People do not want to admit this, because this is a great game, but I will get down to business and tell the truth: in Baldur’s Gate III there are bugs. And especially a lot of them in the third act. Come on, scold me as much as you like. My work is over
In the general opinion of the community, the plot in the third act seems much less completed than in the previous two. Many suggest that this is the result of the fact that the plot of the most far from the well -tested content of the first act of early access.
But wait, you say, because recently a patch, which probably corrected all this, has come out, right? Unfortunately, it seems that the last Baldur’s Gate 3 patch did not solve these problems – at least not wide enough for users to stop disappointed. Numerous messages that have appeared over the past 24 hours indicate that even with corrections and for the same reasons the 3rd act still leaves much to be desired.
Most of the community with understanding relates to these problems. Baldur’s Gate 3, in the end, is huge, and creating a sufficient amount of content to fill all the possibilities of choice, in itself is an overwhelming task. But many are unhappy with how much this contrasts with the perfection of the first half of the game.
Larian Studios pledged to work on eliminating problems in the game and promised that the second patch "not far away", which "will contain significant improvements in performance". Larian also stated that she would start work on expansion only after she finishes work on the main patches.
Meanwhile, the output of the Baldur’s Gate 3 on PS5 is scheduled for September 6, and on Xbox Series X | S – at the end of this year.
